Proud founder of the WLA - the Women Leaders Association. Going strong since 2015. Amazing community of women who work in corporate and want to have a fulfilling career. We provide leadership development programmes no matter what level you are at in your career. Our aspiration is to support women in being the best they can be and to bring their authentic selves into the workplace. We want women to know what they are amazing at, to become outstanding leaders and create a life that is truly balanced for them. Working with the incredible @Dr Sarah Howling, we have an in-depth curriculum of leadership development programmes. We help women get out of overwhelm, connect to a very giving community and achieve their career aspirations.

Executive, career and team coach for over 20 years. See the massive potential of coaching to transform lives and organisations. Created a Coach Agency to provide organisations with certified coaches. Founder of the WLA, an organisation guiding women in business to lead with authenticity, courage and passion. Supporting women leaders to move out of fear, sleepless nights and overwhelm and feeling strong, purposeful and aligned to personal legacy. Working with organisations to develop strong pipelines of female leaders through partnering with male allies, creating honest and inspired performance cultures. The Hard Stuff? Well, I\'m super proud to be a Certified Executive Coach for well over a decade (although I started coaching back in the 90s). I hold \'qualifications\' in Career Coaching, MBTI (Levels I and II), Emotional Intelligence (self assessment and 360), DISC, NLP Practitioner, TetraMap and Advanced Facilitation Skills, Oh and I\'m currently studying with Dr Peter Hawkins to become a Systemic Team Coach. Giving Back? In 2020, I founded the WLA Coachathon, in partnership with MicroLoan Foundation. So far over has been raised from this one day event. In 2022 I took part in a trek to Malawi to meet the inspiring women supported by the charity. I regular raise money for charity. In 2021 I took part in a Strictly Come Dancing event for another inspiring charity:@Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. From complete beginner to tango dancer in front of 350 people at a black tie dinner and raised in the process. Working with 3 other pals, we raised for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd in Chester (who so very kindly looked after my father prior to his passing). I\'m currently writing a new book - having self published a couple of books in the past. This new book is focusing on leadership with purpose and will provide a guide and framework for those who know they are here on the planet for more than the work they are doing today.
