ABOUT SANDRA GRANT
For 25 years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals through nutrition. As a graduate of McGill University\'s Dietetics and Human Nutrition program and a past member of the ODNQ, I specialized in oncology nutrition, guiding patients through their most challenging times. Working with gastroenterologists at the Pointe-Claire Gastroenterology Clinic, I supported patients with digestive diseases, while in my private clinic, I helped clients manage cholesterol, blood sugar and reach their healthy weight goals.While this work was deeply fulfilling, I believe the best healthcare is preventive care, keeping people healthy and out of hospitals. This belief led me to expand my practice and become a certified Naturopath. As a member of the Association of Naturopathic Professionals of Quebec, I am deeply committed to high professional standards, ongoing education, and empowering clients to take an active role in their health. My work bridges conventional medical nutrition therapy with natural and functional health strategies, always grounded in science and clinical experience, to support longevity, vitality, and disease preventionSpecialties: Disease prevention, weight management, digestive issues and cancer prevention.
