Facilitation of 8 week Initial Sales Training and Field Support training. Primary Media products including Internet; such as PPC as well as Social Media, Direct Mail and Print. Systems such as SalesForce, VAST, and Pricing tools. Conduct product roll outs, curriculum writing, project management. I am DDI & Sherpa certified.I was chosen to facilitate SEM and SociaI Media seminars had mutli state coverage with 50-75% travel. Initial new hire Sales training. Train corporate products, systems, process, and sales methodology. Equip new Marketing Consultants to meet with clients face to face or over the telephone and to uncover their needs. The ultimate goal is that they offer and complete a sale with businesses through multiproduct advertising solutions. Facilitate new Marketing Consultant’s transition to the sales floor. Work with sales management on territory and canvass management, pricing plans, and other sales focused activities. Responsible for leading daily huddles, modular training, and coaching reps on their activities, sales skills, and product knowledge. Continual rep training (including follow up support). New product roll outs and certifications. Online tools for continual/refresher courses (including tracking and measurements). Sales tools certifications. Systems – new and refresher. Coordinate cross department involvement. Provide specific feedback of training materials and suggested enhancements & modules to the curriculum team.
