ABOUT SANDRA FEKETE

I have been passionately helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams get what they want from their business since I founded Traction Works in 2016. My entrepreneurial journey began in 1983 when I started Fekete + Company, a successful B2B strategic marketing firm which I led for over 30 years. I was introduced to EOS® while serving as President of the Columbus chapter of the Entrepreneur\'s Organization (EO), where I used it to develop the chapter\'s first 3-year plan. I implemented EOS® at my company and experienced first-hand the impact it has on the health and accountability of a leadership team as well as the traction to achieve a vision that is shared by all. It created the opening for me to sell Fekete+ Company and become a Certified EOS Implementer™ (20••••22) guiding entrepreneurs and their leadership teams to. I am dedicated to helping every entrepreneur get what they want from their business as their teacher, coach, and facilitator.I am also developer and sole owner of Companies Are People, Too, a diagnostic assessment that profiles the personality of an organization, and authored a book by the same name. CAP2 has been featured in Inc. Magazine, Fast Company, CFO, and numerous business periodicals. I am recipient of the National Association of Women Business Owners\' Visionary Award, the Inc. Magazine Marketing Masters Award and semi-finalist in Ernst & Young\'s Entrepreneur of the Year.
