   Re-joined IBM in 2020 to manage the compliance programs for Key Protect (KP), a cloud-based security service that provides life cycle management for encryption keys. Demonstrating compliance with global, industry and government programs ensures trust in the integrity of hosted data. This position requires understanding the requirements for each program, how they apply to product development and DevOps, and how to demonstrate and maintain ongoing compliance. At the start of this assignment, KP was compliant with two external programs, ISO and SOC2. Under my leadership, portfolio of compliance programs and annual audits now also includes PCI, HIPAA, ENS, ISMAP, C5, HITRUST and Financial Services for Cloud. Responsibilities include:• Lead and manage the technical team that responds to internal and external compliance audits. Hands-on participant, driving responses to these audits. • Lead and provide oversight to security tasks in DevOps that ensure compliance is maintained. During tenure, all audits have been successful.• In the last 2 years, also responsible for managing the KP software development team.
