About Sandra Clark
I am an experienced population health leader in relentless pursuit of improving health for everyone through innovative and accountable improvements to our health systems. I\'m skillful and experienced at developing strategic payer-provider partnerships to care for specific populations through value-based arrangements.I love the art and science of preventing disease and preventing avoidable suffering once illness occurs. I\'ve specialized in understanding Medicaid and Medicare benefit policy and design in these areas for well over a decade. I\'m also focused on advanced statistical capabilities and on learning to think, learn, communicate, and implement machine learning tools and products effectively in healthcare settings. I\'ve been interested in advanced technology in healthcare since my beginnings as a student - as a freshman at Hopkins I took a course in AI. Today I\'m similarly back at the basics, learning data wrangling in R when I\'m not working or riding bikes during my time off. I love making connections with similar minds, so don\'t hesitate to reach out if you\'ve read this far and see an intersection in our purpose and interests.
