   In my role, I orchestrate and offer critical insights into the import and export processes for our Investigational Products (IP). I efficiently manage clinical depots for Atara\'s global distribution, handling everything from purchase orders to invoices. I also conduct quarterly business reviews with our clinical depots, ensuring we maintain top-notch performance. Additionally, I collaborate with external suppliers, Atara teams, and operational units. Beyond that, I oversee the procurement of special ancillaries for clinical trials abroad and spearhead the operational aspects of starting material supplier. Lastly, I am responsible for devising and implementing standardized operating procedures for clinical distribution, including meticulous attention to logistics, packaging, and labeling. My achievements are as follows: • Maintained effective key partners engagement across supply chain, quality, finance, process development, and other operational areas. • Created master batch record and bill of materials for clinical distribution at new distribution facility in Thousand Oaks. • Ensured timely distribution of starting material for further manufacturing processes at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
