A key member of the Pharma and Life Sciences Senior Leadership Team, I drive technical governance and innovation across the business. In my role as Technical Lead, I provide leadership and assurance across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. I serve as Director of our IChemE Accredited Company Training Scheme, supporting the development of early-career engineers and promoting professional excellence. I founded and chair our Communities of Practice and the Subject Matter Expert Community, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. As Key Account Director for Ipsen, I am embedded within the client organisation, overseeing the performance and integration of the Mace delivery team, while managing interfaces across accounts, EHS, and project governance. I ensure alignment with client objectives, leveraging tools such as the workbook to drive transparency, reporting accuracy, and commercial performance. Current projects include- Feasibility Study for On-Site Nitrogen Generation – assessing opportunities to improve utility resilience and reduce long-term operational costs- Carbon Reduction Initiatives – leading site-wide decarbonisation efforts aligned with corporate sustainability goals- Energy and Water Monitoring Enhancements – deploying systems to enable real-time tracking and optimisation of resource use- Natural Resource Preservation Reporting – driving data-led reporting to support environmental stewardship and compliance- VHP Generator Replacement – delivering critical upgrades to enhance sterility assurance and system reliability- Laboratory BSC Upgrades - Facility Monitoring System (FMS) Upgrade – modernising infrastructure to strengthen GMP compliance and data integrity- Lyophiliser Shelf Stack Replacement – ensuring equipment reliability and product quality through asset renewal- Warehouse Capacity Expansion – supporting business growth through improved storage and logistics-Biofermenter suite construction Client PM
