Manage an engaged and successful fundraising team and board of directors raising over $2 million per year with a diverse fundraising program including major gifts, planned giving, capital campaigns, events, grant acquisition and management, and general annual fund activities. Highlights in this leadership role included:*Secured $1.3 million to modernize the Intensive Critical Care Unit.*Led the development of a $2.3 million grant collaborating with four hospitals to establish a Street Medicine program in our family medicine residency programs.*Worked with the finance committee to rebalance the endowment funds and developed and implemented policy to better utilize investment interest. This immediately resulted in utilizing interest earned to expand the Alzheimer\'s Program and launch Surgical Robotics.(Endowment interest increased 3% from the previous year.)*Raised from the community to help launch the Sierra Nevada Family Medicine Residency Program.*Secured additional operational funding to expand staff capacity.
