   My team and I support the Core South USL locations including South Texas, South East and Permian.We provide support to all the Divisions in the South for different HR matters related to Employee Engagement such as HR project implementation, headcount management, onboarding, immigration matters, benefit queries, local engagement, organizational changes, HR training and compliance to mention some.Continuously learning from the different Divisions we support and getting to know the population in our locations with field visits, tour facilities and engagement events.Proudly launched the Connect Women Permian Chapter together with awesome females in the location.Creating and holding training for managers to help better support their population, bringing external trainers in some specific topics.Some of the challenges we face are helping the organization with the growth cycle as well as helping maintain a positive and engaging environment that will help us with retention.
