I am an experienced attorney with over 25 years of substantive experience in all aspects of civil litigation in federal and state courts, arbitration, mediation, and agency proceedings involving a broad range of issues. I have 18 years of management and leadership experience in the private and public sectors. I regularly advise senior agency leaders about litigation, policy and regulatory matters. I have served as chair of: the D.C. Bar\'s Litigation Section\'s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee; the American Bar Association\'s (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Task Force on Federal Involvement in Insurance Modernization (FIIRM); the ADR Committee for the Defense Research Institute (DRI); and the TIPS Dispute Resolution Committee. I have also served as an arbitrator in commercial disputes on the roster of arbitrators for organizations such as the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), as well as for the D.C.
