I started in engineering trying to solve problems related to supply and demand for parking lots, which didn\'t fulfill my soul. I got an opportunity to work in healthcare operations with a start up who had the mission to transform healthcare for seniors in value based care setting. This opportunity opened my eyes to the disparities in healthcare and helped me find my passion in solving complex healthcare problems to allow seniors to receive better care. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to lead and develop teams of health coaches, nurses, and providers in solving these problems. My future will be filled with continuing to transform healthcare to better meet the needs of patients and families.
