In charge of Global Internal Communications for Senior Executives, Senior Leaders and all employees (no2 France-based private employer worldwide, employees). Oversee the Leadership & Employee Communications teamContribute to the delivery of the global company strategy- Support CEO and ExCom internal communications- Develop and contribute to the implementation of Leadership & Employee communications plans ensuring trust and enthusiasm about Sodexo, to support company’s strategy and reinforcing the knowledge, pride and engagement of all employees- Responsible of intranet editorial line and ensuring the consistency among local versions- Contribute to our existing, new and upcoming internal comms channels- Organize and contribute to the Senior Executives/Senior Leaders/Employee Communications community webinars, business updates, …- Coordinate the employee communications community and ensure alignment among all internal communications stakeholdersContribute to delivering the overall company strategy and mission of communications- Build and implement the appropriate strategy to optimize the use of all distribution channels – from intranet, email, portal, presentations and videos/broadcasts – to effectively cascade information to senior leadership audience and employees- Support for internal communications events- Develop and execute communications plans to address the site managers’ audience- Ensure delivery and remains focused on business outcomes- Responsible for intranet editorial line by delivering relevant content and ensuring guidelines are followed by peers across the company- Contribute to Digital Workplace designMeasure- Identify and apply methods/metrics to demonstrate ROI of all impact on business outcomes and identify opportunities for improvementLead the Employee Advocacy program globally.Trainings, Community Management, Coordination with regions, editorial content planning.
