Sandra Patterson is a distinguished professional known for her significant contributions in grant writing. Sandra began her academic journey with a bachelor\'s degree in Eastern Oregon University with a focus in Small Town Rural County Managment, followed by additional training in leadership and strategic planning. Professionally, Sandra has held several pivotal roles, including her tenure as city manager at City of Union, where she led numerous successful projects and initiatives. She led a successful team of twenty-five. Her leadership skills and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving stability and achieving outstanding results to include financial budget development and management, land use planning, public works, and library/parks department. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sandra is also known for her commitment to community service.
