As a lead interior designer, I am responsible for the full design development of luxury residential spaces from concept to completion. My role emphasizes creativity, technical precision, and strong client collaboration to deliver refined interiors.I work in all stages of the design process, including space planning, concept development, and specification of finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF & E), ensuring alignment with design intent and budget. Create comprehensive interior design presentations to communicate concepts and selections to clients. Develop detailed FF & E packages and design intent drawing sets for use in contractor coordination and construction. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution and alignment with design documentation.This role is enhancing my design leadership, material knowledge, and ability to translate high-level concepts into elevated interiors.
