ABOUT SANDRA O.

An Economist, Social Scientist, Project Manager, expert in Client & Customer Relations, Software Tester, and Web Developer. I\'m just an Oliver!I am a person driven by a passion for problem-solving and creativity. Before WBS, all I wanted was to help people solve problems either in person, via call, email, chats. I enjoy writing, learning and researching. My professional career started as a project manager in an advertising firm. My team and I would create ideas for clients and follow up on projects. The job exposed me to different management tools. Fast-forward to moving to Germany, I started working as a customer account and relations officer with airberlin, and later few other Fashion brands In Berlin. As a customer relations professional with years of experience in providing exceptional service to clients, I developed a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for the importance of user experience. I gained valuable skills in organisation, communication, and attention to detail, all of which I believe will be assets in my new career path. My desire for more led to communicating with computers and technology. I spent more time on my phone exploring different apps and technical functions. This led to the desire for a new career challenge, and I gradually gravitated towards software testing. As a software tester, a strong attention to detail isn\'t debatable but necessary. I also gained the ability to think critically about complex systems. This also meant more communication with clients, my team and developers. How could I forget iOS and Android? They understood the language even more :)And just like that, my journey into IT began. Fast forward to today, WBS has taught me so many languages. What could be better than the ability to React and Express in an Agile way! Attending the boot camp for a full-stack software developer couldn\'t be more legit, and I am happy I took this path. It is surreal. I never thought I would be courageous enough to pull this through, but I\'m proud I did. I believe that my experience in understanding and anticipating the needs of clients will allow me to create intuitive and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of businesses and customers alike. I am passionate about learning and growing in the field, so let\'s collaborate to create outstanding digital experiences!
