Over 25 years of experience in banking, environmental science, corporate sustainability, and responsible finance. I led one of the first environmental risk management teams on Bay Street in and since then have been part of many firsts as the financial sector has grown to embrace social impact & sustainability. I have held leadership roles in the financial services, engineering, and non-profit sectors, including most recently as Senior Vice-President of Sustainability, Diversity and Social Impact Strategy at the Business Development Bank of Canada - BDC.Known for connecting strategy to execution, I help organizations navigate complexity, manage risk, and seize opportunities arising from climate change and other environmental issues, technological disruption, and shifting stakeholder expectations.My career mission is to enable business to be a force for good - good for the environment, communities, and the economy!
