Lab49 is a global technology consultancy that operates at the intersection of business and technology, bringing together domain expertise with technology thought leadership, to design and build bespoke solutions for financial institutions. As head of practice for Delivery Management, I oversee a 200-member consultancy driving a large portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives for the world’s largest buy-side firms and tier-one investment banking clients. I advise clients on delivery and execution (scaled agile operations, governance), technology investment spend, product management, and roadmap development by leveraging deep expertise in securities trading, risk management, and control functions. Currently, I oversee budgets ranging from six to eight figures, spanning technology product builds, transformation programs, and strategic advisory initiatives.
