Represented IAG Cargo Constant Climate at the most senior supply chain and cold chain level within designated customer organizations and facilitate and participate in tripartite shipper, forwarder and air carrier meetings. Worked closely with and developed synergy opportunities with the Global Key Account Managers and Regional Key Account Managers through effective product specialist sales management, strong revenue, yield performance and effective cost control.
