ABOUT SANDRA MILANOVIC

Hi there! I’m an Human Resources professional with a background in industries like aerospace engineering, defense, and AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction). My passion is creating workplaces where people feel valued, heard, and empowered. I’m experienced in key HR areas such as recruitment including campus and university recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. I also enjoy organizing corporate events to foster team connection and collaboration.I see HR as the balance between protecting the company’s interests and being a trusted advocate for employees. My approach focuses on building a compliant, healthy work environment where each team member feels supported, respected, and able to grow. I thrive in team settings and love collaborating with colleagues to bring meaningful HR initiatives to life. Outside of work, I’m dedicated to giving back to the community and love finding ways to make a meaningful impact.
