ABOUT SANDRA ISAKSEN

I am a healthcare leader with a strong background in leadership and people development. I enjoy designing innovative learning and development programs and experiences​ that positively impact key deliverables through the development and execution of training strategies across the organization to sustain our high-performance culture. I work to shape our learning and development culture by leading the deployment of knowledge and skill building to support all levels. It is my pleasure to lead a team that effectively and positively influences across functions, building capability at various levels and developing tools and processes to increase stability and to improve team member capability.In my role I have the ability to develop tools for talent development, organization development, performance management, and workforce planning to increase talent engagement, assess and develop talent, and communicate policies, processes and strategies that impact the organization’s talent.My unique experience has provided a strong foundation that allows me to work closely with leaders at all levels to develop team interventions focused on increasing talent alignment, talent development, talent support as well as overall team member engagement. I am a certified DDI Facilitator, a DDI Master Trainer, have my Hogan Certification and I have earned The Leadership Challenge Facilitator Certification. I have my Masters in Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts from Kean University.
