Manage, plan, and implement all business activities related to staff recruiting, hiring, program operations, budgets, leadership development and training supervision.Lead, direct, execute, control, and complete projects, while remaining aligned with program strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. Outline project plans, administrate workflow processes, and provide support to the program development team. Identify and resolve project issues then implement improvement plans ensuring legal compliance with stakeholders for all implementation processes. Evaluate the feasibility of potential program development opportunities in concert with organizational mission. Prepare and monitor new project budgets, projections, cost schedules, sources for new funding for development.Strategize with Program Supervisors in the negotiation of various development-related contracts and salary budgets. Monitor project financial accounting, contract payments, lender and funder reporting requirements monthly. Present progress reports to supervisor, senior team, board of directors, board committees, and others as requested. Assist in researching and preparing policy briefings for Agency, Supervisor and Program Directors annually. Provide logistical support to clients for meetings, including emails, calls to ensure client’s family members are consistently prepared to meet with Directors.Maintain internal software databases to track daily staff client communications and program development-related activities. Approve selection process to recommend the recruitment/hiring of new staff team members and contract consultants. Assess the organization\'s skills and knowledge gaps through observations, surveys, analysis to develop and facilitate new workshops and trainings for Learning & Development.
