   In this position, I achieved initiatives in change management, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness while directing a 12-member team and contractors. I also guided the renovation and construction of large-scale workspaces, technical infrastructure, and amenities.A few of my selected achievements include:• Oversaw $150M annual budget and took charge of developing the Real Estate and Facilities projects, change management agendas, and workplace strategy.• Saved $1M+ per year and decreased construction and renovation project costs by up to $170 per square foot by centralizing real estate project management and workplace functions, standardizing project management methodologies, and improving workplace planning best practices.• Achieved $16M savings by eliminating leases for under-utilized buildings and maximizing occupancy plans across a diversified real estate portfolio involving 10 million square feet of properties.• Executed reverse merger in Real Estate with direct oversight of the separation between Exelon generation and utilities with seamless execution and effectual leadership methodologies.
