In this role, I define the vision for the future and determine the organization\'s goals and objectives by managing complete strategic business planning. I direct succession planning to identify the critical positions within the organization and develop action plans for individuals to assume respective positions. To effectively oversee the most complex work in human services, assuring on-the-job success, I arrange training sessions for the frontline supervisor while analyzing with other departments conducting training, education, and performance reviews. I reduce rule violations by preparing and training 12 managers and executives on employment compliance and 90 employees on policies and the handbook.During my tenure, I have carried out end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, job postings, prescreening, job descriptions, salary determination, wage bans, conflict resolutions, employee relations, benefits administration, and others. To ensure high compliance and work efficiency, I provided an understanding of company policies and expectations to staff by preparing a detailed Employee Handbook.Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:• Implemented Electronic Open Enrollment and automated Self Service, allowing staff to understand the price of the benefits.• Created File Feeds by managing a switch from a simple Retirement Plan (ex, a Roth) to a 401k plan with a Match, becoming an attractive employer and enhancing employee retention.• Slashed turnover and received more job applications by implementing Wage Ban Project involving conducting comprehensive research to identify the geographical impact and ensure proper payroll processing.• Led Wage Recalibration and moved Non-Exempt staff bonuses into basic pay, achieving a competitive advantage.• Updated I9 documentation and tracking process and timesheets for part-time employees by cleaning and arranging stored data.
