About Sandra George

I\'m a data enthusiast and a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell. In 2019, I completed my Master\'s degree in Engineering Management with a concentration in Data Analytics. In 2016, I graduated from SRM University with Bachelor\'s degree in Biomedical Engineering. Over the past few years, I\'ve been able to learn a lot about data analytics and the many fields it can be applied to. I\'ve worked as an HR Data Analyst at Aldi Inc. and learned how to create reports and dashboards, manipulate/analyze data, and come up with data-driven insights that later influenced business decisions. During this time, I was also given the opportunity to work with people from different departments like HR, Marketing, HRIS, etc. and it really enhanced my ability to communicate my dashboards and findings from a cross-company perspective. I also had a small stint as a Data Analytics Intern at Sanford Health where I was given large datasets with employee information which I then analyzed and made predictions/forecasts for next few years that showed how many employees they should anticipate on hiring. I\'ve had the opportunity to live and work throughout fast-paced environments while utilizing my data analytics skills to help drive companies forward. Currently, I\'m looking for roles where I can utilize machine learning and predictive analytics to help make business decisions.
