ABOUT SANDRA FLETCHER
I am a seasoned humanitarian and development professional with over 20 years of global experience in Program Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL). My career has spanned Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and South America, where I have led large-scale, donor-funded initiatives that strengthen systems, improve accountability, and drive measurable impact.I’ve held leadership roles, including Senior MEAL Advisor, Head of M&E, and Director of MEL, and currently serve as a MEL Consultant, supporting organizations in designing and implementing robust MEL frameworks, developing high-quality proposals, and building staff capacity. With a results-driven approach, I have provided technical MEL leadership for programs exceeding USD 190 million in awards, particularly in emergency and humanitarian contexts.I am passionate about using evidence, collaboration, and learning to inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness.
