Accountability for the E2E Artwork process within the EU Business unites, leading both own team and taking a matrix leadership role to drive E2E improvement and ensuring the interfaces with functions outside the supply chain are managed. • Direct responsibility for overall EU artwork performance. This includes Artwork Hubs, Manufacturing Sites, Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and LOCs within the 5 business unites. The position is accountable for regular reviews at Hub, business unites and site level through to the EU quality council macro level.• Manage direct and dotted line Artwork Managers. Ensures effective structure and staff right sizing based on regional and country volumes. Builds capability to support personnel development and business delivery. Manage artwork loading through effective forecasting and load balancing.• Lead artwork related strategic projects, either partnering on or directly leading planning, roll-out, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement. • Provide a link between stakeholders and artwork team to ensure translation of business objectives into project and overall programme framework and ensure the complexity of multiple projects is managed to effectively communicate the overall improvement programme.• Work closely with global partners ensuring the needs of the business unites are clear and therefore global and local initiatives are aligned and interfaces understood. Work closely with other Artwork leads to share best practice.• Ensure artwork WOW evolve based on the VoC and changing business needs through managing and building relationships and engagement with QSC lead. Liase directly, based on customer needs with functions critical to artwork success (regulatory and commercial)
