As an experienced senior operational manager with a clinical background I have the ability to manage complex issues across a range of services and within a health and social care system.I have worked in a number of mental health and older adult services including; assessment teams, acute care, community teams, early intervention, primary care, dementia care, and rehabilitation services. I have carried out a number of significant change management programmes and implemented performance and financial management frameworks in order to support the turnaround of services.Working strategically, I am an excellent communicator able to develop effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders, to support the operational management of services and transformation. I have a keen interest in the development of staff and leadership skills. I am currently working on a number of trust-wide projects, including; implementation of SafeCare and I am the operational director supporting the integration agenda.
