I have the overall responsibility to ensure postmarket surveillance programs for the region are in compliance with Corporate guidelines by developing, facilitating and executing comprehensive regulatory compliance and complaints successful processes with focus on customer satisfaction. I lead, collaboratively, regulatory compliance and complaints initiaves through building consensus with Regional Leaders, business units and other key stakeholders. I analyze current processes, develop metrics and scorecards and institute data-base process improvements for region which will facilitate the field action and complaints processes and align with corporate and business unit goals, among other functions.
