   Spearhead daily programming, staffing needs and fulfillment, and adherence with special education service, nursing, telehealth, and onsite CICH staff guidelines. Facilitate training sessions on topics such as discipline, investigations, 504, COVID compliance, and inclusive education. Lead new staff recruitment and retention. Draft proposals as an igrant writer and ensure accurate allocation of resources for both state and federal funds. Deliver leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion training for district administrators. Administered and allocated an annual budget of $8.4M. Grew district staff to 90+ employees through strategic recruitment, hiring, and retention. Increased funding by $845K through successful grants. Awarded Designation Model Site by the UW in recognition of the inclusive education program and model. Grew rates of students in special education receiving SDI in general education services from 29% to 97%. Delivered guidance as a Consultant to 20+ school districts on how to create a similar system of inclusion. Led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives district wide.
