I am a lawyer with over a decade of international experience advising on complex commercial, contractual, and compliance matters across the industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors.Currently at Linde Region Europe North, I support the business on strategic legal issues, focusing on contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution in a cross-border environment.Previously, I held a combined legal and compliance role at Northvolt, leading the Group’s compliance function and advising on high-value construction and engineering projects. My work included developing and implementing compliance frameworks (including anti-bribery, corruption, and sanctions), managing disputes and investigations, overseeing the Group’s whistleblowing function, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to navigate legal and regulatory risk.I began my career in private practice at international law firms, specialising in arbitration and complex disputes, representing multinational corporations, state entities, and sovereign clients across multiple jurisdictions.I am particularly interested in the intersection of legal strategy, compliance, and business decision-making, and in building practical, risk-based frameworks that enable organisations to operate effectively in complex regulatory environments.
