   The FourBlock Veteran Career Readiness Instructor is the lead, front-line team member and direct service facilitator for the FourBlock Veteran Career Readiness Program. The Career Readiness Instructor works directly with the FourBlock Regional Director, Career Readiness Program Skills Coaches, and local employer partners to effectively deliver the FourBlock Veteran Career Readiness Program curriculum to a cohort of transitioning service members and veterans seeking new careers. The role of the Career Readiness Instructor is, in many ways, like an adjunct professor at a local college or university.Specific Responsibilities:• Facilitate each weekly class, in-person, virtually* or in a hybrid manner to expand on the course topic and curriculum, supervise employer and coach participation, and provide instructional feedback to students.• Ensure students meet all program deliverables and learning objectives as outlined in the course syllabus and track student progress.• Proactively build community among students and coaches.• Communicate regularly with cohort coaches to ensure students are receiving quality individualfeedback on course curriculum deliverables. Work with students in need of additional individualsupport as identified by coaches.• In collaboration with the Regional Director, participate in the course planning process and finalclass coordination for each session. This includes but is not limited to finalizing lesson plans and class presentations; communicating with employer hosts to ensure all expectations and responsibilities are understood in accordance with the delivery of the week’s lesson plan; encourage coaches to participate in weekly session(s).• Take and submit attendance weekly; engage regularly with all students on the FourBlock Connect platform for a blended experience.• Communicate with Regional Directors after each class to debrief lessons learned, identify students needing additional support, and conduct future class planning.
