   I have an enjoyable job working on a construction site that is ever changing and exciting to watch its progress to completion. My primary duties include record keeping, document preparation, presentation development, meeting coordination, and special projects including working closely with all members of the project team to provide professional support to (project managers, project engineers, superintendents and safety.) My major responsibilities/essential job functions include, On-boarding both field & office which includes IBEW coordination for dispatch, RIF’s and portability • Process new hires and act as liaison to HR office in Portland • Follow-up on staffing for site, process time cards and payroll functions for site and field workers as well as liaison to HR in Portland for personnel payroll changes and updates. • Provided administrative support for project managers and local office Performed daily report preparation as required by site. Order office supplies and equipment, manage mail and shipping requests. Answered phones and direct callers to internal and external contacts. Maintained general documents for site as well as support scheduling and coordination of internal meetings. It’s been gratifying to learn new skills in a new industry to put forth on my next assignment.
