Enthusiastic and highly motivated share plan and reward specialist; I help organisations roll out their employee benefits in ways that educate, inspire and encourage take-up. I have more than a decade’s worth of in-house experience, working with multi-national drinks brand Diageo across its HR, benefit & reward and share plan functions. Most recently I was responsible for project managing the annual life cycle of its employee share plans across the UK and Republic of Ireland. This included explaining the plans on offer in clear and simple terms; in share plan and reward communication, financial education is what I believe drives successful and long-term employee engagement. I have an in-depth knowledge of all employee share plan and global employee benefits landscape, controls assurance and risk management (CARM) and HR practices and policies. I’m a strong communicator, have excellent stakeholder management skills and am also an experienced employee trainer. Now, I help Eximia’s broad range of clients bring share plans and reward to life, supporting them through the entire process from the consulting stage through to the creation of content, delivery and measurement. Every decision is made with the employee experience front and centre, so that they are taken on a journey that helps them understand the true value of what’s on offer - and empowers them to make confident decisions.
