Responsibilities include: o Support the Global SE organization as trusted technical advisor and mentor o Work closely with both internal teams and management to prioritize feature enhancements, roadmap items, and custom solutions for customers o Act as a technical bridge between Nozomi teams o Assist with review and completion of RFP, RFX, RFI proposals o Nozomi Networks platform expert and evangelist o Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new SE’s and technical staff o Work alongside senior management and to prioritize accounts, strategies, and execution o Develop & maintain technical relationships with new and existing customers o Develop & maintain technical/strategic relationships with vendor and alliance partners
