Hey there! I’m Sandip — a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer based in Pune, India.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering from PES MCOE, Pune. My tech journey began in early 2007 with Java, but everything changed when a friend (Mr. Haribhau Ingale) introduced me to Ruby on Rails — and I’ve been hooked ever since.A special thanks to Josh, who gave me the opportunity early on to learn and work with Rails — that decision shaped my career.Since February 2008, I\'ve been building scalable and secure web applications using Ruby, Rails, and associated technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, Solr, Elasticsearch, Redis, Sidekiq, and more.Over the years, I’ve contributed to product-based companies across multiple domains — finance, e-commerce, education, healthcare, and legal.
