With over 24 years of experience in the IT Services industry I have managed and delivered large projects, working closely with business and IT stakeholders with large cross functional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects. Had the opportunity to do this across multiple domains including Retail and Commercial Banking, Wealth Management and Logistics.My current role as Principal, Project Management Center of Excellence at Infosys, gives me the opportunity to leverage my experience and knowledge in Project Management to enable and coach project managers and Agile teams, provide Project Management consultancy and design and deploy innovative Project Management point solutions. I am also the Product Owner for a critical organizational system developed inhouse.

This includes 30+ PMP® workshops and multiple account and unit level customized interventions- As Product Owner for a critical organizational system, used by 12k+ project managers, collaborated with business stakeholders, end users and IT teams to drive and manage the solution development process- Involved in design, development, testing and evangelization of innovative point solutions to enhance Project Management and Agile effectiveness. Project Managers across the organization are currently leveraging these point solutions- Provided Project Management and Agile consulting to large engagements to improve delivery effectiveness- Instructional design and course content creation for 20+ classroom and online courses – many of them in collaboration with senior practitioners.
