As a Cost Engineer at Bechtel Corporation, I apply my knowledge and skills to analyze and optimize the cost performance of projects. I work with the project management team to track and report the progress, issues, risks, and changes of the projects, using multiple trackers and tools to ensure timely and accurate delivery. I also liaise with the build partner to create and monitor the build program for each project, communicating and coordinating effectively to forecast and achieve the desired outcomes.I have an extensive background in project management, operation management, and strategic consulting, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and certification in Petroleum Economics and Production Operation. I started my career with the Dutch MNC, SHV Energy, where I was involved in business development and project execution in the oil and gas sector. I pursued my MBA at the University of Southampton to enhance my knowledge and skills in business administration and management, and to pursue my passion for the energy industry. I joined Bechtel in 2022 to contribute to its project control function and to learn from its global expertise and experience in the sector.
