With over five years of experience as an external tech consultant for CVS Health through Infosys, I have honed my skills in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing complex projects, and driving operational excellence by crafting business case solutions catering to process improvements.In my role as a business analyst intern for NC Growth, the consulting services platform (non-profit) for UNC Chapel Hill, I am working with multiple small and mid-scale sized businesses across North Carolina counties to enhance their competitive position in the market and help them grow. From Infosys then, and NC Growth now, I have successfully led initiatives to enhance process efficiencies, improve team performance, and deliver high-value solutions for clients. I have a strong foundation in project management, systems optimization, and strategic problem-solving, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.In addition to my professional expertise, I am a published author of a bestselling poetry collection,\"Marshmallows and Lilacs,\" which became an Amazon bestseller in 2022. My creative journey also extends to the silver screen, where I was nominated for Best Actor in short films screened internationally in Miami, Perth, and Beijing.
