Result oriented Delivery / Practice Leader experienced in leading and managing large cross-functional teams in Agile, Scaled Agile and waterfall methodology. With career spanning around 20 years, I had chance to work for Fortune 500 clients in US, UK, Germany, ME and India, mostly in BFSI & Public sector wearing multiple hats as Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, Practice Lead at different points in my career according to organization needs. In my current role, I am leading the Low code no code portfolio accounts ( Pega, OS, Unqork) for ANZ region. How Can I help?Consult me for any legacy transformation - especially from Mainframes to any low code no code technology platform. Backed with years of architecting, designing and executing multiple projects in legacy tech stack(CICS, IMS- DB, DB2, Java.Net) and handling critical digital transformation projects in multiple Low code no code platforms (Pega, OutSystems, Mendix, Unqork, Activiti Alfresco), I have a unique vantage point which an organization can leverage in its digital transformation journey.I can help set up new platform COEs, forge alliance partnerships, create GTMs, lead RFP overall solutioning, platform comparisons, pricing strategy, identifying differentiators, building tech and business accelerators, etc. I can also help organization with Process optimization, platform consolidation and TCO reduction initiatives. In my past engagement with a leading investment bank, I led initiatives that resulted in more than $4M YOY savings by analyzing application patterns and suggesting improvements to reduce overall processing time, cost and ensure high application availability and performance.From account and project management perspective, I am leading a portfolio of 200+ associates executing multi-year projects in Agile Scrum and SAFe. I am adapt in working with clients to understand their needs, address risks and escalations and create a win-win situation for all stakeholders.
