T I am excited to have the opportunity to apply for the new job posting of Food and Beverage Manager. I have been associated with the hospitality industry for over 14 years. Prior to that, I worked as a sales promoter for 5 years. During my tenure in Hospitality Industry, I have been fortunate to be associated with Sinclairs Bay View, Port Blaire as a Food and Beverage Manager Aquatica Waterpark and Resort, Kolkata as a Food and Beverage Manager HungryBox as an operational Manager Aloft Whitefield, Bangalore as a Senior Restaurant Manager Royal Orchid, Bangalore as a Restaurant Manager Flags, Pune as a Restaurant Manager Goldfinch Hotel, Bangalore as a Restaurant Manager Barbeque Nation,Kolkata as a Concierge Manager and Restaurant Manager During my tenure as a Sales Promoter, I was fortunate to be associated with ICICI- Focus India TATA Tea ITC/VST MC Dowell UB Group Working with the hospitality industry has always made me a part of small projects as support to other departments. My collaboration with suppliers,inter-department, adds value to daily operations. These small projects and focus groups helped me to translate more effective measures when assisting guests, both external and internal with better judgement before reaching a resolution. My belief is continuously evolving and striving for a niche in the organization to create a great guest experience through a passion for self-improvement and learning lead me to actively participate in any learning and developing opportunities by means of small projects and focus groups. I am keen on moving to this new challenge. My ability to space out the workload in a given period of time, work independently and with a team will pursue my career as a I have obtained a diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. I would like to apply for the current position since this role has exciting and challenging aspects, involving taking ownership, planning and executing, critical thinking and working in real-time to meet business needs which aligns with my area of interest and expertise.
