Sandip was responsible for leading the team for Asia supply chain development for UK based Auto OEM• Sandip has expertise in various purchasing skills ranging from Supply market analysis, supplier analysis, negotiations, bidding, competitive analysis, commercial agreements etc.• A firm believer in participative leadership, Sandip has been working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across geographies and cultures for driving strategic programs. Sandip has been actively involved in encouraging supplier diversity and nurturing young leaders at TCS.• Sandip holds a Masters Degree in Purchasing and Operations management from University of Pune, India along with bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Sandip has been part of Executive Development Program at IIM, Ahmedabad. Sandip is certified Lead Auditor for Integrated Management Systems ( ISO/TS 16949, ISO & OHSAS and Six Sigma Green Belt.• Sandip and his wife have been residents of Cincinnati for last 10 years and reside in Montgomery, a northern suburb of Greater Cincinnati region.
