ABOUT SANDIP SETHIYA

Project Manager with 13.5 years of Manufacturing & Automation experience in Trim & Final, BIW and Press Shop, Process Validations, Ergonomics, and Robotics. I have worked on Manufacturing for major clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, Chrysler, Tata Motors, DE-STA-CO, and DTNA and have been recognized with several rewards during my career.Until recently, I led simulation for Jaguar Land Rover and Press Line Automation for DE-STA-CO. In this role I was focused on Manufacturing process validations, press shop automation, Robotics & Ergonomics studies etc, although I have done extensive advanced manufacturing work in the past. Successes included doing a transfer as well as tandem press line simulations to find out the robotic cycle time and optimize the production rate of the line.Colleagues know me as a highly technical in manufacturing & automation that can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I often do work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others and believe in sharing the knowledge with others.I have an Engineering Degree in Mechanical from an reputed institute.
