About Sandip Samal
I am a Machine Learning Software Engineer & Linux Admin at Boston Children\'s Hospital. Apart from that, I am also an active member of the Mass Open Cloud (MOC) research community. I contribute to the research in cloud computing and back-end engineering. My research interests range from healthcare data analysis and processing to implementing AI/ML in clinical pipelines. I have completed my graduation in CS (AI/ML specialization) at Northeastern University in December 2019.During my graduation, I have worked with Dassault Systemes for R&D Solidworks as a Product Development Engineer-Intern(2019) and Software Developer-Co-op(2018). Most of my work involved Product Development, Database Infrastructure, Logs Processing, and Data Visualization.Prior to that, I have worked as a Software Development Engineer in Tata Consultancy Services for 3 years(20••••17). I worked as a primary.NET developer in a large banking application.Most of my experience & interests revolve around the idea of using Artificial Intelligence in Software Development.
