Project Integration Manager in “STAR” project of Reliance Industries which is the largest Oil and Gas customer in India and has operation spread across the globe and is into Exploration, Refining and Petrochemical business. The programme aims at standardization adopting best practices and Operational Excellence. There are close to 774 key process which is cutting across multiple applications of SAP and Non Sap. Solution Manager tool is used for Monitoring and Maintaining Quality Assurance of the deliverables. The programme involves active co-ordination with Business Transformation Leaders and plan way for IT Road Map, Solution road map and alignment in Process, Systems and Data Integration. Key area Creating IT road map and Value Engineering for SRC, Singapore. SRC Singapore currently have multi applications and were looking to move to a common framework using SAP solutions. This required detailed study with key stakeholders, evaluation of sub-optimal process and adoption methodology of Best practices. Working with team to develop reporting road map for SRC and design KPI’s for Procurement, Operation and Sales Business Process
