Received the MD’s Award for introducing the best Supply Chain Practices in BASF. At Mattel, reduced Logistics Costs from 11%(2014) to 5%(2021) and won the CEO’s Award for overhauling systems & processes, improving reliability, optimizing inventory and transitioning warehouses. I leverage technology to build great customer experiences. I have worked extensively in FMCG and Chemicals organizations.I am a Basics of Supply Chain(APICS) Certified Supply-Chain Professional with 23+ years of Leadership Experience; demonstrated success in setting up Supply-Chain Systems (BASF); building and leading multi-cultural, cross-functional teams across India and South East Asia (Mattel). I have helped organizations grow through continuous improvements and built trustful relationships by resolving gaps in organizational performances. Mattel - Toy-Testing from external labs as per BIS standards was enforced by DGFT in 2017, having a direct impact on toy imports. Mattel India being import-heavy, risked operations closing down. I collaborated with Testing Labs to meet the 5 new BIS standards. Mattel became the first company to clear its imports.
