Ensuring the site meets all the regulatory compliance as an organization objective.• Heading the Engineering & Projects of Savli site. • Led the maintenance function for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil - Process reactor vessels, Solvent tank farms, Gear boxes, Gear pumps, Screw conveyors, auto filling machines, Pan cleaning machines, pneumatic equipment, on/off valves, manual valves, mass flow meters, RTD sensors, Proxy sensors, Electrical equipment -11 KVA Air circuit breaker, Transformer, LT circuit breakers, Motors, etc. Utilities – Chilling plant, Compressed Air, Nitrogen plant, Raw water supply, • Improve OEE of critical machine by implementing – CLIT (autonomous maintenance), route case analysis for repeated breakdown, and following OEM guidelines. Implemented thermography and vibration analysis.• Implemented condition monitoring on rotary and electrical equipment to avoid any major breakdowns and safety incidents.• Implemented 360 degree guarding on all the rotary machines to have safe operations without any injury• Successfully completed Brownfield projects for the growth of the business & profitability. Key projects- Introduction of new Construction Latex mfg facility, Installed and commissioned Butadiene storage tank(PESO), Installed and commissioned Utilities – RO/MB, Compressors, Cooling tower, DG set, Styrene tank(PESO).• Led the End to end project cycles – concept to commissioning. Budget preparation and approval, Prepare & Monitor Gantt chart for the project. • Successfully received the Environment clearance (EC) approval for new existing and new upcoming products at Jubilant Agri division.• Compliance manager for site : CGWA, Factory license, PESO, Electrical Inspector, Form-9,10 & 11, Weights and measure• Contractor management for maintenance and project activities.• Led & recruit the competent team
