Project: Shell Development Oman, Mabrouk field. Roles and responsibilities as a Construction and Commissioning of an Onshore field GAS Wellhead and Remote Manifold Station, Electrical and Instrument Installation Inspection as a client representative, preparation of punch lists and MC documents, and Inspection of Ex-Installation. The project involved Commissioning, start-up, and testing of transformers, Power Panels, Circuit Breakers, Lightning Protection, Control Panels, relay panels, Motors, Scheme Checking, and planning. The use of the Omicron Kit CPC100 for Contact Resistance and Tripping Measurements was also included. Use Omicron Kit CMC356 for relay testing, and use the CT analyzer for CT Testing. Worked on ABB, Siemens, and Schneider Make 415V LV Switchgear, 33KV HV Switchgear, Siemens RMU, VOLTAMP 33/0.415kV Power Transformer, and Stamford Diesel Generators.Preparation of work permit, with all supporting documents, and follow the PTW Procedure.Walk down coordinator (Construction/Commissioning)- Verify subsystems, as per technical and systemized drawings.Guide all aspects of walk-down and punch list management to walk downattendees and stakeholders- Implementation of the systemization of punch list items, in line with processes and work instructionsPunch list items verification, close out, and sign offRaising Technical Queries for any completion issuesPre-commissioning, Commissioning, and start-up for major Systems like transformers, LV Switchboards, Distribution boards, Lighting, Earthing system, UPS System, VFD Control Panel, Fire & gas systems, Emergency shutdown systems, telecom systems, and utility systems.Making CTR Reports & Commissioning Test Procedures, Filling ITRs Manually, and Uploading on Go-completion & Hub2 Software.
