   Responsible for design and development of Sugarcane Harvester, Rotavator & Tractor new technology projects and current product improvement projects.• Received two design patents on Sugarcane Harvester new projects.• Handled Stage V implementation project from concept design to till its final production for Sugarcane harvester and currently working on same project for tractor.• Handled Rotavator project from concept design to till its final production.• Responsible for Vehicle Integration and vehicle related changes for Sugarcane Harvester and Rotavator.• Responsible for Tractor Engine peripheral component design & packaging.• Prepare and recommend optimum design for new technology projects.• Carry out Concept review, DFMEA and Design Reviews for new projects.• Responsible for closure of all proactive actions (like Serviceability concerns, DFM, DFA etc.)• Responsible for prototype development & testing and resolution of all technical build issues and testing issues.• Conducting CFT meeting and ensuring smooth running of project throughout all GPD stages.• Maintaining design documents (Bill of Materials, Technical Specification, 3D & 2D Drawing).• Conduct competitor product benchmarking for generating VA/VE ideas and implementation of those ideas.• Exercise product changes for improvements based on the customer feedback, Field feedback (Warranty) & plant feedback.
