Currently serving as the Sustainable Packaging Group Leader at Unilever, he leads the company’s global packaging sustainability program, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external ecosystem partners to advance Unilever’s sustainability packaging vision. With deep expertise in renewable natural polymers, single‑use plastic reduction, and circular economy systems, Sandip has contributed to multiple award‑winning R&D initiatives focused on product optimization and continuous improvement.
